Horrific Assault in Rajasthan: Dalit Boy Stripped, Raped, Beaten with Rods, and Urinated On

In Rajasthan, the goons crossed all limits of brutality. A Dalit boy was stripped naked and raped. He was beaten with a rod and then two people urinated on him. While the opposition Congress has attacked the incident, the BJP says that strict action will be taken against the accused.

Horrific Assault in Rajasthan

The boy said in his complaint that the two started abusing him using casteist language. They also said that they wanted to kill his father but they were attacking him. His father is out of the country.

Dalit Teen Stripped, beaten

The Dalit boy said that both the accused asked him to remove his clothes. After that both of them raped him and also made a video of the incident. They beat him with sticks and iron rods and also urinated on him.

Police said that in the case, a case was registered under sections 115 (2) (causing hurt), 126 (2) (wrongful restraint), 352 (intentional insult), 351 (2) (criminal intimidation), 133 (assault with intent to insult a person) and 140 (3) (kidnapping) of the BNS besides relevant sections of the SC/ST Act.

Brutality in Rajasthan

Regarding this incident, Leader of Opposition in Rajasthan Assembly Tikaram Julie said that atrocities on Dalits are increasing during the BJP government. The latest incident in Sikar has crossed all limits. At the same time, BJP said that it will take strict action in this matter. BJP spokesperson Laxmikant Bhardwaj said that the government is serious about such cases. The matter will be properly investigated and strict action will be taken against the accused.
